Description

Exceed Insurance Agency Inc. DBA Exceed Insurance seeks Business coordinator at its facility located at 4142 E Commerce Way, Ste 100, Sacramento, CA, 95834.

This role will provide administrative support to the company. It will involve coordinating efforts between different departments, taking part in meetings and taking on any supporting tasks necessary to keep the business functioning smoothly. Coordinating various business activities, managing client interactions, and assisting with the overall efficiency of the company. Create new partnerships and identify and pursue new avenues for profit. The role will also aid with company profitability/growth. Ensuring that all agents are adhering to insurance agency regulations, company standards and policies via audits. Organizing training sessions to keep employees up to date on latest software to be used and office procedures. Tracking team performance regularly through mentor reviews and one-on-one meetings that encourage open communication. Serving as the primary point of contact to resolve urgent issues that may arise in the fast paced environment that this industry can provide.

Requirements

This positions requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the insurance industry. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with:

  1. Utilizing management techniques, such as designing workflows for specific teams and appropriately delegating tasks as per skill set, to serve as a liaison between domestic and foreign offices
  2. Performing market analysis on insurance industry to identify improvement areas and research insurance carriers
  3. Identifying potential assets, including insurance carriers, for a company and starting the onboarding process to add them to the portfolio
  4. Developing and implementing agency procedures and policies to improve efficiency, and monitor workflow to resolve operational bottlenecks
  5. Ensuring all agency operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation for policies, claims, and financial transactions
  6. Assisting marketing campaigns, coordinating events, tracking client outreach efforts, and distributing marketing materials to support client acquisition and retention strategies.

 

RATE OF PAY: $120,000 – $130,000 per year
